I'm Laura
I'm a Certified Neuro Linguistic Coach, Founder and CEO of Bright Futures.
In 2015 whilst Coaching within the 'Princes Trust' charity, I met a young woman and we started to discuss her future. She looked me straight in the eye, and said;
"Laura, I do NOT have a "Bright Future!"
This took my breath away, as she said it with such conviction, as if it was a fact. It struck me that she is not alone in her own negative beliefs, and how it can dictate sabotaging behaviour.
I've made it my quest to find the tools that she and others would need to create a Bright Future!
She inspires me daily to create effective coaching programmes with a goal to educate 1 Million young teens and their educators with mental fitness tools.
The idea of the Leaders Lounge came from the extensive work I've done with children in schools working on their mental fitness and capability. In addition to this I spent a great deal of time with your trainee teachers, educating them about the power of communication. It was from this work I became incredibly passionate about creating a forum and a safe place for Head Teachers like you to collaborate, learn and have some productive time to soak up some new skills and feel recognised.
